The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s Degree with approximately 15 years of relevant professional experience in education, academic management, administration, or a related field. The Educational Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising educational programs and academic activities, ensuring effective implementation of institutional policies and maintaining high standards of educational quality. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise academic and educational activities. • Develop and implement educational programs, policies, and procedures. • Coordinate with faculty, instructors, students, and administrative teams. • Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement. • Plan academic schedules, programs, and educational activities. • Supervise and evaluate academic staff performance. • Maintain proper academic records and documentation. • Ensure compliance with applicable educational and institutional requirements. • Support curriculum development and academic quality assurance. • Represent the institution in academic and educational matters. • Perform other duties related to educational management as required by the organization. The candidate should have a professional and presentable appearance, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and substantial experience in educational management.
