Vice Principal and Head of Academics

• Responsible for raising academic standards and monitoring student learning outcomes across all phases. • The ideal candidate will oversee total academic strategy and day-to-day academic operations for Grades 1 through 10. • Ensuring complete alignment with CBSE board expectations as well as ADEK inspection frameworks and regulatory standards. • Conduct regular classroom observations, providing constructive, actionable feedback on lesson planning, student engagement, and differentiated instruction. • Supervise, evaluate, and mentor Section Heads, Subject Coordinators, and teachers to maintain high instructional standards. • Plan and deliver targeted Professional Development (PD) workshops for faculty on modern pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment techniques. • Promote teacher retention, high team morale, and effective conflict resolution within the academic department. • Ensure full integration of local cultural priorities, national identity themes, and UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) mandatory subjects (Arabic, Islamic Studies, Social Studies) within the CBSE framework. • Minimum 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership capacity such as Vice Principal Head of Academics Headmistress or Headmaster within a recognized CBSE school in the UAE. • UAE ADEK Expertise Familiarity with ADEK framework requirements inspection focus areas and school operation regulations • Bachelor of Education B Ed or Master of Education M Ed Mandatory. • Priorities national identity themes and UAE Ministry of Education mandatory subjects • Thorough CBSE knowledge.
