E-Invoicing Technical Specialist

The role supports the E-Invoicing initiative focused on implementing the electronic invoicing framework based on Peppol standards. The specialist will assess and accredit e-invoicing service providers and evaluate technology companies to ensure compliance with electronic invoicing requirements. The position also involves supporting technical assessments, coordinating business and technical requirements, and improving existing systems. Conduct technical assessments of e-invoicing service providers and their platforms. Review XML structures, invoice formats and system integration capabilities. Assess interfaces between large databases, government platforms and external portals. Support technical testing, validation and troubleshooting. Review system architecture and data exchange processes. Strong hands-on experience with XML and system integration. Software development or programming experience. Experience integrating enterprise systems, databases, APIs and external platforms. Understanding of electronic invoicing, data exchange and interoperability standards. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
