E-Commerce Executive

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers through digital and performance marketing channels. • Plan and manage customer acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, affiliates, and other relevant platforms. • Identify new customer segments, target audiences, and acquisition opportunities to drive new sales. • Identify underperforming categories, brands, SKUs, and sales channels and develop corrective action plans. • Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for incremental revenue. • Monitor daily website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, orders, revenue, AOV, bounce rate, and customer acquisition metrics. • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel. • Track campaign performance and optimize budgets based on ROI and commercial performance. • Analyse campaign attribution and customer acquisition data to identify the most profitable channels. • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures. • Track and report key e-commerce KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. • Work with the CRM/marketing team to convert new customers into repeat customers, and develop strategies for abandoned carts, dormant customers, first-time buyers, and high-value customers. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in E-commerce operations , preferably in FMCG around 5 to 7 years. • Knowledge of major marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, and Noon Minutes .
