Dynamics 365 Infrastructure & Azure Database Administrator

Position: Dynamics 365 Infrastructure & Database Administrator Location: Ajman, UAE Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days FinOps Application administration related to batch jobs, workflows, user management etc. Configuration and management of all infrastructure related to FinOps and CRM FinOps and CRM DB administration SSIS integration server / KingswaySoft utility administration for FinOps and CRM FinOps Service fabric cluster upgrade and maintenance DB and application performance tuning and monitoring DB export/import activities among the UAT, Dev and Production environments of FinOps and CRM Day-to-day support requests related to data correction Making environment ready on each DB restore as per Dev team FinOps and CRM DB backup and recovery LCS management and administration FinOps package deployment activities on UAT and Production as per the requests FinOps application version upgrade and platform updates package deployment. Microsoft relationship management related to product support and licenses. Maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, security and apply new patches and versions when required. Define and build tools that automate monitoring and initiate corrective actions Administer security by maintaining users and security roles within the ERP system Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document change Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve ERP & CRM infra related issues Work with the Infrastructure team to size and tune the network and compute assets supporting the application Work as the technical liaison to other application teams in the areas of integration, application development and analytics Monitor and maintain integrations including technical troubleshooting of APIs and source/target integration points Support the end-user community to ensure database accuracy, integrity and cleanliness Work with ERP team members to establish best-practice processes within company systems Provide support in the evaluation, implementation and utilization of ERP third party add-on programs Maintain knowledge of all current ERP & CRM features and releases Coordinate with Vendors to define the best solution architecture and implementation / data migration approach Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Expert level experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+ and tools used to monitor and troubleshoot database issues. Microsoft Windows Server 2016+ Experience with MS Azure administration . net Development and JavaScript helpful but not required Excellent communication skills verbal and written Ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative group Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills A strong work ethic and be personally accountable. Hands on experience designing and building automated monitoring tools to identify possible issues so that they can be addressed before they become a problem Ability to build reports using SQL is plus BS or Master's degree preferred in MIS or Computer Science along with a minimum of 2-8 years in database administration in a mid to large company Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
