District Manager

• Oversee and manage district-level operations to ensure business objectives and organizational targets are achieved. • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase revenue, expand market presence, and acquire new customers. • Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve individual and district-level performance targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions. • Prepare regular performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide updates to senior management. • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and effective coordination across teams. • Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Relevant experience in sales, business development, or district/territory management. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to analyze sales data, identify market opportunities, and solve business challenges. • Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
