Dispatcher

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transportation activities and trips. • Allocate vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements and customer needs. • Monitor vehicle movements, trip progress, and arrival times through GPS tracking systems. • Ensure timely pickup, delivery, and completion of assigned trips. • Maintain regular communication with drivers, transport supervisors, and customers. • Monitor driver attendance, vehicle availability, and compliance with approved routes and schedules. • Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, maintenance, and replacement vehicles to minimize operational delays. • Maintain accurate trip sheets, dispatch logs, vehicle records, and driver details. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transport regulations. • Prepare daily dispatch reports and report delays, accidents, breakdowns, and other operational issues to management. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transport operations. • Identify operational issues and support improvements in fleet utilization, route planning, and service efficiency. • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is an advantage. • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in transport dispatching, fleet coordination, or logistics operations. • Good knowledge of route planning, vehicle scheduling, and transport operations. • Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, and transport management software. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight schedules. • Knowledge of road safety procedures and applicable transport regulations. • Good record-keeping, reporting, and time-management skills. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages is an advantage
