Together, we Make the Place. **THE TEAM** ------------ As part of the Food \& Beverage leadership team, you will report directly to the Director of Food \& Beverage and work closely with Culinary, Events, Marketing, Finance, and operational departments across the hotel. You will lead a team of beverage managers and associates, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration while delivering exceptional guest experiences across all bars and beverage venues. **YOUR ROLE** ------------- As Director of Beverage, you will shape and lead the hotel's beverage strategy, creating memorable experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to Relationship Hospitality. You will drive innovation across the beverage program, optimize commercial performance, elevate service standards, and inspire high\-performing teams. Through your leadership, you will ensure every beverage offering enhances the guest journey while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance, and luxury service. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE** ----------------------------- * Lead and execute the hotel's beverage strategy, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all beverage venues. * Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative beverage concepts, promotions, menu development, and commercial initiatives. * Lead, coach, and develop beverage teams to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous learning. * Oversee beverage inventory, cost controls, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve departmental goals. * Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, beverage controls, food safety regulations, and company standards. * Continuously evaluate global beverage trends and introduce innovative offerings that enhance the hotel's competitive positioning. * Maintain and elevate Forbes Travel Guide, Rosewood Brand, and LQA standards throughout all beverage operations. * Partner with cross\-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, special events, and strategic business objectives. **COULD THIS BE YOU?** ---------------------- * You are a passionate beverage leader with experience overseeing luxury or ultra\-luxury beverage operations across multiple venues. * You have deep knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beers, and emerging beverage trends, combined with a strong commercial mindset. * You excel at developing and inspiring teams through coaching, mentorship, and a people\-first leadership approach. * You are highly skilled in beverage cost control, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. * You thrive in fast\-paced luxury hospitality environments and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. * You are confident building beverage concepts, menus, promotional campaigns, and revenue\-generating initiatives. * You have a strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and luxury hospitality service standards. * You communicate effectively, build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, and lead with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. **OUR BENEFITS** ---------------- As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work.
