Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Digital & Strategy Consultant, for one of its clients in the Banking sector. The candidate will support digital transformation and business strategy initiatives, focusing on customer journeys, digital channels, and experience design. Position: Digital & Strategy Consultant Summary: Supporting digital transformation and business strategy engagements for a client in the Banking sector. Responsibilities: Support the Digital & Strategy team in delivering digital transformation and business strategy engagements. Conduct structured analysis of business challenges, customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities. Assess and redesign customer journeys across relevant products, services, and digital channels. Contribute to experience-design initiatives by identifying customer pain points, improvement opportunities, and target-state experiences. Develop clear strategic recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field 5-8 years of professional experience, including experience with a Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting firm. Strong problem-solving and structured-thinking skills Advanced working capability in Microsoft Excel for analysis, modelling, and data-driven decision support Strong presentation-development skills, with the ability to produce concise and visually clear executive materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams High attention to detail, quality, and consistency Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced consulting environment Collaborative mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
