Digital Platform Operator **Company:** Dangy77 **Location:** Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Oman **Area:** Salalah Gardens Mall **Salary:** OMR 820 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview Dangy77 is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented **Digital Platform Operator** to manage day\-to\-day activities across the company’s digital platforms. The successful candidate will monitor platform performance, update content and information, support users, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure digital services remain accurate, secure, and accessible. Key Responsibilities * Monitor daily operations and performance of digital platforms and online services. * Update product, service, promotional, and other platform content as required. * Review platform information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. * Monitor user activity, inquiries, reports, and technical issues. * Provide first\-level support to users and escalate complex technical problems when necessary. * Coordinate with IT, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to resolve platform\-related issues. * Track platform performance, system availability, user engagement, and operational incidents. * Assist with testing new platform features, updates, integrations, and functionality. * Maintain accurate records of platform changes, incidents, support requests, and operational activities. * Monitor online forms, transactions, requests, or submissions and ensure they are processed correctly. * Support content publishing, scheduling, and digital campaign updates. * Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements. * Follow company procedures for data protection, access management, and platform security. * Prepare routine operational reports and performance summaries for management. * Stay informed about digital platform tools, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in digital platform operations, website administration, e\-commerce, technical support, or a similar role. * Basic understanding of web\-based platforms, content management systems, and digital tools. * Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data or content errors. * Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic understanding of data security and user\-access management is an advantage. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
