Digital Marketing Specialist **Company:** The Honest Cat **Location:** Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Oman **Area:** Al Saada Commercial **Salary:** OMR 920 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview The Honest Cat is seeking a creative and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and sales. The successful candidate will manage digital channels, create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and support the company’s overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels. * Manage company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence. * Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. * Plan and maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication. * Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance. * Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities. * Support SEO activities to improve online visibility and organic search performance. * Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media networks. * Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with sales, creative, and management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. * Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, or content creators when required. * Monitor online trends and emerging digital marketing tools and recommend innovative approaches. * Respond to customer engagement and support positive online brand interactions. * Ensure all digital content follows company branding and communication standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, online advertising, email marketing, and digital analytics. * Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. * Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. * Creative, organized, and detail\-oriented approach to marketing. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. * Knowledge of the local Oman market is an advantage. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
