Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada . The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, with the ability to connect with customers, understand their requirements, and generate sales through phone calls. Prefered Candidates: In Dubai Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services. • Communicate professionally with customers in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Requirements: • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory. • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. • Previous experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Support is preferred. • Ability to handle customer queries and manage objections professionally. • Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
