Customer Service Pricing Desk Executive

• Prepare, update, send and follow up quotes to customers based on company pricing and policies. • Maintain and update rate to ensure accurate pricing with coordination with sales team. • Quickly and efficiently identify and analyses customer needs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing support. • Tack and Trace shipments until final status . • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. • Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and tracking sales activities. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. • Maintaining delivery percentage as per the SLA agreed with the customer • Investigate and resolve shipment-related discrepancies and issues. • Ensure all complaints are handling as per procedure and standards . All complaints should be logged in SMSA Systems. • Preparing daily and weekly reports. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pricing updates. Provide regular updates on pending quotations, follow-ups, and conversion rates. Preferably with experience in Tele sales /Customer Service/Sales
