CAREER OPPORTUNITY | CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER Dubai, UAE We are seeking an organised and proactive Customer Support Officer to manage customer communication, coordinate logistics and customs activities, and support the efficient running of daily office operations. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing timely updates, and following up on service requests. • Coordinate with transport providers and drivers to arrange cargo collection, delivery, and container movements. • Coordinate customs clearance procedures, inspection appointments, and supporting documentation. • Coordinate daily office activities and ensure timely follow-up with customers, suppliers, and service providers. Candidate Requirements • Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory. • Strong spoken Hindi and English — essential. • Conversational Arabic is an advantage. • A university degree is not mandatory. • Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in email correspondence and basic MS Office applications. • Previous experience in logistics, customs clearance, transport coordination, or customer support is preferred.
