Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Purchaser to join our team in Dubai. As a Female Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in representing our company and building strong customer relationships. Roles & responsibilities • Procurement: check stock and place orders with our suppliers • Call our customers for their requirements (Not Cold Calling) • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email and in-person • Provide accurate information about our products, services and create quotes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support • Attend weekly meetings and team activities • Any prior experience in a customer service role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English • Ability to work in Microsoft Excel • Positive attitude and attention to detail
