Customer Service Executive

• Follow-ups from food outlets for Grease Trap cleaning: Get a list of food outlets to call from the data analyst/controller. • Updating & solving customer issues: Call the food outlets to update and clear their issues (e.g., cleaning/fixing a grease trap, etc.). • Coordination for customer issues: Coordinate with the supervisor and inspection team to solve pending issues at food outlets. • Coordination with DM for unresolved customer issues: Prepare a list of unresolved issues after follow-up to be reported to DM. • Submit daily, weekly &monthly reports on outlet status • Support for GTCC: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any system related issues for the GTCC and other concerns. • Bachelor’s degree in any field; Master’s degree is an advantage. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele-Sales, or Tele-Marketing. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Strong customer-service, problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. • Client-focused, quality-oriented, and results-driven with strong execution skills. • Ability to manage priorities, handle customer concerns, and work effectively under pressure. • Demonstrates initiative, innovation, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
