Customer Relation Executive

• Giving appointments as per Doctor's availability • Telephonic appointment booking • Filling the initial details on the insurance form after ascertaining the patient identity. • Eligibility Check for Insurance Patients • Collection of Doctors Consultation in Cash or Credit methods. • Package Booking for patients. • Insurance Protocols (To assist patient with the coverage, network, limits and eligibility for various insurance companies) • Answering Telephonic queries • Updating patient's personal records. • Appointment Blockage as per doctor's schedule. • scheduling/cancellation and confirmation of appointments • Strong communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Teamwork • Bilingual Language skills • Must have Current/Previous experience from Hospital/Clinic background as Customer Relation Executive • Min 2 years' experience in relevant field is mandatory.
