Cost Accountant

Key Responsibilities • Daily Sales Verification Verify daily sales invoices, transactions, and reports for accuracy and proper accounting. • Collection Verification Review customer collections, cash receipts, and bank deposits to ensure accurate recording. • Sales & Collection Reconciliation Reconcile daily sales and collection reports with accounting records and customer accounts. • Customer Balance Review Monitor customer outstanding balances and investigate discrepancies. • Costing & Cost Analysis Prepare and review product costing, including raw materials, packaging materials, production costs, and related expenses. • Cost Monitoring Monitor production costs and material consumption, identify cost variances, and recommend cost-reduction opportunities. • Cost Reconciliation Reconcile material consumption, production output, and inventory records to ensure accurate product costing. • Discrepancy Reporting Identify and report sales, collection, inventory, and costing discrepancies to the Finance Manager. • Daily & Monthly Reporting Prepare sales, collection, reconciliation, and costing reports for management review.
