Corporate Training Director

**Job Summary** Innov Plus Formation is seeking a visionary Corporate Training Director to lead our executive education, workforce upskilling, and enterprise training programs across international corporate client accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will design strategic learning roadmaps, manage instructional design and delivery teams, drive client learning management system (LMS) integrations, and align educational deliverables with business objectives to maximize training ROI. **Key Responsibilities** * **Learning Strategy \& Curriculum Leadership:** Oversee the end\-to\-end strategy, development, and evaluation of corporate learning programs, leadership development frameworks, and technical skill academies. * **Client \& Enterprise Consultation:** Partner with C\-suite executives, HR Directors, and corporate stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and architect tailored workforce transformation solutions. * **Instructional Design Oversight:** Direct a team of instructional designers, pedagogy experts, and corporate trainers to deliver engaging blended, virtual, and instructor\-led training (ILT) programs. * **Training Operations \& Budgeting:** Manage operational budgets, resource allocations, vendor partnerships, and trainer scheduling to maintain optimal delivery margins. * **Impact Measurement \& Analytics:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning metrics (Kirkpatrick model) to measure training effectiveness, retention, and business impact. * **Quality Assurance \& Compliance:** Ensure all training programs comply with regional educational standards, professional accreditation requirements (e.g., Qualiopi standards in France), and corporate governance policies. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** 8\+ years of progressive leadership in corporate learning and development (L\&D), executive education, or educational consultancy, with at least 3\+ years in a senior management role. * **Domain Expertise:** Thorough understanding of adult learning theories, blended learning models, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and enterprise LMS platforms. * **Strategic Acumen:** Proven ability to present to enterprise clients, manage multi\-million euro training portfolios, and align L\&D initiatives with client business KPIs. * **Education:** Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Languages:** Professional working proficiency in French and English. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٥٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
