Corporate Compliance Officer **Company:** Bprmab **Location:** Nizwa, Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman **Area:** Ruwi Street **Salary:** OMR 1,400 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview Bprmab is seeking a detail\-oriented and ethical **Corporate Compliance Officer** to support the company in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. The successful candidate will monitor compliance activities, conduct risk assessments, maintain policies and procedures, and work with management and employees to promote a strong culture of compliance and accountability. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures. * Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements. * Conduct periodic compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments. * Identify potential compliance gaps and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, assessments, incidents, and corrective measures. * Provide guidance to employees and management regarding compliance requirements and company policies. * Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs for employees. * Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to management and affected departments. * Investigate reported compliance concerns and support appropriate resolution and documentation. * Work with legal, finance, HR, operations, and other departments to address compliance matters. * Support the development of internal controls and procedures designed to reduce operational and regulatory risks. * Prepare regular compliance reports, risk summaries, and recommendations for senior management. * Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate responses to audit findings. * Maintain confidential compliance and regulatory documentation. * Promote ethical business practices and a strong culture of integrity throughout the organization. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in corporate compliance, risk management, internal controls, audit, or a related function. * Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal control principles. * Excellent analytical, investigative, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. * Experience with compliance monitoring, risk assessments, audits, and policy development. * Professional certifications such as CAMS, CCEP, ICA, or relevant compliance qualifications are an advantage. * Knowledge of Oman and GCC regulatory requirements is highly desirable. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
