Contracts Executive

• Administer service and maintenance contracts, track contractual obligations, and coordinate renewals and variations. Review documents and monitor compliance with agreed terms and service levels. • Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience, and a bachelor’s degree. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance. • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and drafting to execution, amendment, and termination. • Oversee the contract administration process, ensuring accurate record-keeping, tracking key dates, and managing compliance obligations. • Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contractual agreements and ensure organizational compliance. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation, • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
