**Experts Project Management LLC** Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates **AED 7,000 to AED 8,500 per month** Full time Job **About EPM** Experts Project Management LLC (EPM) is an Abu Dhabi based consultancy providing project controls, contract administration, construction claims, delay analysis, commercial support, and dispute\-related services to contractors, subcontractors, employers, consultants, and legal teams. EPM is seeking a qualified **Contracts Administrator with a strong engineering and planning background** to support the preparation of contractual correspondence, notices, claims records, Extension of Time submissions, project programs, and related project controls documentation. **Position Summary** The successful candidate will support EPM’s contracts, claims, and project controls assignments by reviewing project records, preparing first drafts of contractual correspondence, maintaining contract and claims registers, preparing event chronologies, and coordinating with planning engineers concerning delay events and Extension of Time submissions. This position is suitable for a civil engineer, planning engineer, project controls engineer, or contracts administrator with practical experience in both contract administration and construction planning within the UAE. The employee will work under the supervision of EPM’s senior management. Final contractual strategy, sensitive correspondence, complex entitlement matters, and final submissions will remain subject to senior review and approval. **Key Responsibilities** * Review construction contracts, amendments, bills of quantities, specifications, drawings, correspondence, instructions, RFIs, meeting minutes, programs, progress reports, and project records. * Prepare first drafts of contractual letters, notices, responses, reminders, and reservations of rights. * Prepare notices relating to delays, late access, late approvals, variations, additional costs, payments, disruptions, and other project events. * Review incoming correspondence and identify required contractual actions, deadlines, risks, and supporting documents. * Maintain correspondence, notice, variation, claim, payment, RFI, instruction, and contractual deadline registers. * Prepare project event chronologies, evidence matrices, entitlement summaries, and lists of missing records. * Assist in preparing Extension of Time claims, including factual narratives, delay\-event descriptions, cause\-and\-effect explanations, mitigation records, and supporting appendices. * Coordinate with planning engineers regarding baseline programs, updated programs, recovery programs, critical paths, float, logic relationships, delay events, fragnets, and Time Impact Analysis. * Review Primavera P6 schedules and progress information to support contractual correspondence and claims. * Assist in preparing variation narratives, scope comparisons, and supporting documentation. * Review meeting minutes and project records to identify contractual concerns, inconsistencies, or matters requiring formal notification. * Follow up with client and project personnel to obtain correspondence, photographs, daily reports, inspection records, approvals, quotations, invoices, and other supporting evidence. * Compile claims, variations, and contractual submissions in accordance with EPM and client templates. * Use company\-approved artificial intelligence tools to support document review, comparison, chronology preparation, and first\-draft development. * Independently verify all dates, references, contract clauses, program dates, and conclusions against the original project records. * Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with EPM’s document\-control and information\-security requirements. * Attend internal coordination meetings, client meetings, and project meetings as required. * Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports where required. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline. * **Eight to ten years of total construction\-industry experience.** * **A minimum of four to five years of combined hands\-on experience in contract administration and construction planning within the UAE.** * Demonstrable experience preparing contractual correspondence, delay notices, variation notices, payment correspondence, and claim\-related records. * Practical experience assisting with or preparing Extension of Time submissions. * Working knowledge of FIDIC\-based contracts and amended or bespoke construction contracts. * Practical knowledge of Primavera P6\. * Ability to understand activity logic, critical path, float, baseline programs, progress updates, recovery programs, and delay fragnets. * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project records, and cause\-and\-effect analysis. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF\-document preparation. * Ability to prepare clear, professional, and evidence\-based contractual drafts with limited day\-to\-day supervision. * Ability to manage several projects, priorities, and contractual deadlines simultaneously. * Currently located in the UAE, or available to relocate to Abu Dhabi. * Willingness to complete a practical contractual drafting and planning assessment as part of the recruitment process. **Preferred Experience** * Experience working for a main contractor, specialist subcontractor, project management consultant, or claims consultancy. * Experience working on building, infrastructure, utilities, MEP, or fit\-out projects in the UAE. * Experience preparing event chronologies, evidence matrices, notices, and EOT narratives. * Familiarity with Time Impact Analysis and Windows Analysis. * Experience reviewing Engineer, Employer, or Main Contractor correspondence. * Experience coordinating with planning engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers. * Formal training in contract administration, claims, delay analysis, or project controls. * Arabic language capability is advantageous but not mandatory. **Required Competencies** * Strong professional English drafting. * Good contractual and commercial awareness. * Working knowledge of construction planning and project controls. * High attention to detail. * Ability to identify unsupported facts, incorrect references, and contractual risks. * Ability to distinguish between facts, assumptions, entitlement, delay, and cost. * Strong organization and document\-management skills. * Ability to work under deadlines. * Professional judgment and confidentiality. * Willingness to receive detailed review and improve drafts based on feedback. * Responsible and controlled use of artificial intelligence tools. **Salary and Benefits** * **Monthly salary: AED 7,000 to
