• Follow content briefs, style guides, internal writing guidelines and agreed quality-control processes.
• Manage multiple assignments, including urgent or ad-hoc requests, and communicate early when priorities or timelines conflict.
• Own work from brief interpretation and research through drafting, self-review, revisions and final submission.
• Communicate proactively about progress, missing information, risks and delays.
• Respond constructively to editorial and client feedback and apply learnings consistently.
• Use AI tools responsibly for ideation, research assistance or efficiency. Independently verify outputs and remain accountable for accuracy, originality, judgment and final quality.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, hospital, clinic, pharmaceutical or health-technology content.
• Experience creating content for doctors, surgeons, clinics or hospitals serving international audiences.
• Familiarity with LLM writing models, YMYL and E-E-A-T principles and their relevance to healthcare content.
• Experience with local SEO and adapting content to different locations and audience needs.
• Exposure to Google Search Console, Google Analytics or other content-performance tools.
• Experience across website pages, service pages, blogs, landing pages, taglines and calls to action.
• Ability to adapt writing style across different brand voices and communication goals.
Healthcare and Regulatory Expectations:
• Prioritise medical accuracy and patient safety over persuasive language.
• Use appropriately cautious wording when discussing symptoms, treatments, risks, recovery and outcomes.
• Never fabricate credentials, statistics, studies, awards, technologies, patient outcomes or medical claims.
• Flag claims that cannot be verified and seek clarification when evidence or client information is insufficient.
• Consider the relevant healthcare advertising and regulatory principles of the target geography.
• Create informative, trustworthy content while supporting the client s legitimate communication and business objectives.
Local Relevance and Cultural Sensitivity:
• Recognise that search behaviour, language preferences, cultural context and audience expectations differ by geography.
• Adapt examples, tone and messaging to the intended market without stereotyping or forcing localisation.

• Produces content useful to patients, credible to healthcare professionals and aligned with the client s brand.
• Applies SEO naturally without compromising readability or trust.
• Catches factual gaps, weak claims, inconsistencies and quality issues before submission.
• Brings fresh ideas and thoughtful solutions rather than relying on generic templates or unedited AI output.
• Takes ownership, responds well to feedback and steadily improves quality, efficiency and independence.
What We Offer:
• Opportunities to work with healthcare clients across specialties and international markets.
• Exposure to varied content formats, healthcare topics, SEO practices and digital marketing workflows.
• A collaborative, quality-focused environment with opportunities for learning and professional development.
• Internal learning and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Scope to grow expertise in healthcare content, SEO, responsible AI workflows and content strategy, with career progression based on performance and ownership.

This role is suited to someone who is curious, detail-oriented and serious about the quality of their work. You should enjoy researching carefully, making complex information easier to understand, writing naturally and thinking critically about what a reader needs. If you combine creativity with medical responsibility, take ownership of deadlines and feedback, and want to create content that is useful not just word-count complete we would like to hear from you.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience.
• Strong written English and the ability to produce polished, engaging long-form and short-form content.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including search intent, keyword integration, heading structure, metadata and local SEO.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills, particularly for healthcare and other information-sensitive topics.
• Ability to simplify complex information without losing important meaning or introducing inaccuracies.
• Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to recognise and improve generic, repetitive, unnatural, AI-sounding or weakly supported copy.
• Sound judgment in healthcare communication: avoid guarantees, absolute outcome claims, unsupported superlatives, fear-based messaging and misleading promises.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and maintain quality across multiple assignments.
• Ownership, accountability, responsiveness, openness to feedback and confidence in asking questions when a brief or claim is ambiguous.
• Comfort with Google Docs and common writing/editing tools; familiarity with Grammarly or basic SEO tools is an advantage.
• Ability to use AI as an assistant, not as a replacement for research, critical thinking, editing or accountability.
P.S.: Sense of accountability and ownership hold utmost importance when it comes to completion of projects and all types of writing assignments.
