The successful candidate will contribute to the development of comprehensive endocrine services, providing evidence-based management of complex endocrine diseases and participating in multidisciplinary patient care within a modern tertiary healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will:
• Diagnose and manage complex endocrine disorders.
• Treat patients with: Diabetes mellitus Thyroid disorders Pituitary disease Adrenal disorders Osteoporosis Obesity and metabolic syndrome Calcium and bone disorders
• Develop long-term endocrine management plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary diabetes and obesity programmes.
• Interpret endocrine investigations and hormonal testing.
• Deliver outpatient and inpatient endocrine consultations.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
• American Board Certification preferred
• Arabic speaking preferred
• Consultant-level Endocrinology experience
• Minimum 5 years post-board experience
• DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility preferred
• Strong experience managing complex endocrine disorders
• Excellent multidisciplinary communication skills
Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Western Board Certification
• Tertiary hospital experience
• Expertise in diabetes technology and obesity management
• Existing UAE licence or eligibility
• Academic or research experience
• Immediate availability
