Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant

Role: Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant Location- Dubai, UAE Duration: Contract Job Description: • We are looking for an experienced Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to support a UAE E-Invoicing implementation project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager , finance modules, and system integrations, along with the ability to work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing Yardi billing, invoicing, AP, AR, and GL processes. • Support UAE E-Invoicing implementation, data mapping, and compliance requirements. • Work with Finance and technical teams to define functional and integration requirements. • Prepare BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping documents, and test cases. • Support API/file-based integrations, data extracts, and interface validation. • Participate in SIT/UAT, defect resolution, reconciliation, and go-live support. • Coordinate with business users, Yardi support teams, and integration partners. Required Skills • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager . • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), VAT, Billing, and Accounting . • Experience with Yardi data mapping, interfaces, APIs, data extracts, and integrations. • Hands-on experience with BRD, FSD, UAT, and process documentation. • Good understanding of troubleshooting, reconciliation, and issue resolution. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in UAE VAT or E-Invoicing projects. • Knowledge of Peppol, Pagero, ClearTax, or similar e-invoicing platforms. • Experience in Real Estate or Property Management domain.
