Consultant - Audit

• Assist in the execution of statutory and external audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, testing, documentation, and reporting. • Perform audit procedures and prepare working papers in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards. • Support the review of financial statements for compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. • Evaluate internal controls and business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Communicate audit findings and information requests to clients in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinate with engagement managers and team members to ensure audit deadlines and quality standards are met. • Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation. • CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA qualified with relevant audit experience. • Minimum 3+ years of audit experience within a professional services firm in audit practice. • Big 4 experience is preferred. • Sound knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). • Experience in audit planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, documentation, and audit completion procedures. • Experience in Group audits will be a plus. • Exposure to clients across industries such as trading, manufacturing, services, holding companies, or investment entities is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit documentation tools.
