Assistant Manager Audit

• Manage and execute statutory and external audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, review, and reporting, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. • Review financial statements for compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulations. • Assess accounting processes, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. • Provide recommendations to improve governance and internal controls. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members, ensuring adherence to firm quality standards and professional requirements. • Ensure compliance with firm policies, auditing standards, and ADGM requirements. • Stay updated on IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory developments. • CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA Qualified or an equivalent professional qualification. • Minimum requirement of 3+ years of post-qualification audit experience within a professional services firm. Big 4, international network or leading audit firm experience is preferred. • Currently working at Asst. Manager level in a reputed audit firm. • Demonstrated working knowledge of IFRS and ISA, including audit planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, completion and financial statement review. • Experience auditing ADGM entities, investment companies, financial services businesses, holding structures or medium-to-large corporate entities is preferred. • Strong engagement management, team supervision and client communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
