Job description

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design proposals. • Prepare concept drawings, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations. • Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations. • Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions. • Coordinate with design, engineering, and technical teams. • Ensure design concepts comply with UAE building regulations and project requirements. • Present design concepts and proposals to clients. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. • Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in architectural design and concept development. • Strong creative, conceptual, and visualization skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Good knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements. • Strong communication and presentation skills.
