Company Formation Advisor

Job Description Overview We are looking for a knowledgeable and client\-focused **Company Formation Advisor** to support clients in setting up their businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide end\-to\-end advisory services on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation while ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process. Key Responsibilities * Advise clients on suitable business structures (**Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore**) based on their requirements. * Guide clients through the complete company formation process from initial consultation to license issuance. * Prepare and explain business setup packages, pricing, and regulatory requirements. * Assist clients with trade license applications, visa processing, and documentation. * Coordinate with government authorities, PRO teams, and internal departments for timely approvals. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress using CRM systems. * Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful business setup deals. * Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing rules, and compliance requirements. * Provide professional after\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup / Company Formation services. * Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore regulations. * Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills. * Ability to explain complex procedures in a clear and simple manner. * Strong sales mindset with ability to convert leads into clients. * Good organizational and multitasking abilities. * Fluency in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, or Russian is an advantage). * Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
