Community & Startups Coordinator

We are looking for a Community & Startups Coordinator to support founders and startups participating in an accelerator program. The role involves founder engagement, community building, event coordination, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the program. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate founder onboarding, communications, and ongoing support. • Build strong relationships with founders and startup communities. • Organize community activities, workshops, meetups, and networking events. • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, registrations, catering, and transportation. • Maintain startup records, CRM data, attendance, and engagement reports. • Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of the accelerator program. • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Events teams. • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, startup programs, accelerator operations, or event coordination. • Experience in event planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools. • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
