Committee Secretary - IDR

▪ Bachelor's degree in the field of law is preferred. ▪ Proficient in the Arabic Language. Proficiency of the English language would also be ideal ▪ 4-6 years proven administrative or secretarial experience, preferably within a legal or court setting. ▪ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in managing communications through various methods. ▪ Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. ▪ Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures, as well as proficiency in the use of remote communication technology. ▪ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. ▪ Initiative and the ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute valuable insights to the Committee. ▪ Experience of Insurance Companies, with knowledge of various financial products, services, regulations and industry good practices would be an advantage.
