Commercial Officer

• Contract Review & Management: Review contract terms, payment terms, and commercial conditions to ensure risk mitigation and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain commercial documentation, including proforma invoices, tax invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and coordination of Certificates of Origin . • Commercial Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents and other commercial correspondence to ensure compliance with company policies, document traceability, and audit readiness. • Discrepancy Resolution : Coordinate with the internal Sales team to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, payment terms, delivery terms, and other purchase order conditions, including Liquidated Damages (LD), ensuring alignment with company’s commercial terms and contractual obligations. • Invoice Tracking: Prepare, monitor, and track invoices, ensuring timely submission and issuance, accurate documentation, and regular follow-up on outstanding invoices. • Receivables Management: Review, monitor, and update receivables in coordination with the Sales team, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts. • Client & Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding receivables, payables, outstanding invoices, payment status, and other commercial matters.
