Commercial Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong construction professional looking to take a senior role with responsibility across contract management, cost control, tendering, commercial strategy and team leadership. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial performance of projects, working closely with project management, procurement, finance and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Key responsibilities include: • Managing contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers • Leading variations, claims, EOTs and contractual matters • Monitoring project budgets, costs, cash flow and profitability • Preparing commercial reports, forecasts and financial analysis • Leading tender submissions, cost estimates and commercial proposals • Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations • Advising on pricing strategies and bid/no-bid decisions • Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks • Leading and mentoring Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Contract Administrators • Working closely with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Site teams • Driving improvements across commercial processes, cost control and contract management About You We are looking for a commercially astute construction professional with strong experience in: Commercial & Contract Management Cost Control & Project Financial Management Tendering & Estimating Variations, Claims & EOTs Subcontractor & Supplier Management Risk Management Leading commercial teams UAE construction experience is highly desirable, with candidates from a main contractor, high-end construction or fit-out background particularly encouraged to apply.
