Commercial Manager - Beauty

INSPIRE | EXHILARATE | DELIGHT Our Commercial Manager is responsible for maximizing commercial performance, driving customer, partnership and people experience across all trade Drive build up and execution of brand strategy across the network of customers Partner with Marketing and Brand team to ensure full rollout of commercial initiatives in the market Align with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and target setting, consolidate it and generate overall KSA Sales, spending, CTP overview Consolidate all price structures per brand, per customer and suggest ways to improve profitability by either contract adjustments with trade or Exw negotiations with suppliers Target improvement in shared services cost by monitoring detailed cost reports and suggesting ways for brand team to improve cost implications Monitor discounts, margins, and profitability to sustain business performance Track sell-out performance and stock levels, proactively managing shortages and risks Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance insights Deliver data-driven commercial reports (quantitative and qualitative) Set and monitor individual and team sales targets across the organization Own and manage the brand, customer and channel P&L and overall financial performance Evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic actions, generate scenario planning including but not limited to (pricing strategy, NPD strategy, exists, etc ) Manage resources effectively within approved budgets Provide accurate and timely financial updates to management Drive overall sales performance across the market Ensure strong commercial and financial acumen across brands, regions, customers, channels Identify market opportunities and provide relevant market intelligence Foster cross-functional collaboration and initiatives What you'll need to succeed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Background in FMCG, preferably within the beauty industry Strong market awareness with a hands-on, field-oriented approach Proven commercial mindset with solid financial acumen to drive performance and deliver result What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
