Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Oversee the Ejar Platform, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and utilization to enhance operational efficiency. Achieve collection targets by implementing effective strategies and following up on overdue accounts, resulting in improved cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and enhance customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with clients. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in contract processing and collections, contributing to operational excellence. Mentor junior staff members and provide training on best practices in collections and contract management.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in collections or contract management. Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of legal aspects of contracts and collections processes. Experience in the leasing or real estate industry. Familiarity with the Ejar Platform and its functionalities. Project management experience or certifications. Additional certifications in contract management or finance.
