Coordinator - Legal Operations

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and closure of legal requests and matters, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to established processes. • Maintain legal repositories, contract databases, and document management systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. • Support legal reporting and performance tracking through the preparation and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and operational reports. • Monitor contract and document lifecycle activities, including filing, archiving, and renewal tracking. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the processing of legal requests, approvals, and documentation. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance legal operations processes, workflows, and service delivery. • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. • 0-2 years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, contract administration, or a similar role. • Experience managing legal documentation, records, and workflow tracking processes. • Exposure to legal, compliance, governance, or corporate services functions is preferred. • Legal Operations & Administration • Contract & Document Management • Reporting & Data Analysis • Stakeholder Coordination • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
