Cnc Programmer

• Develop and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and efficiency in machining operations. • Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including tooling and fixtures, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. • Monitor production runs and make real-time adjustments to CNC programs to maintain product specifications and quality control. • Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in CNC machining to leverage new tools and techniques for enhanced productivity. • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality. • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation in a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred. • Certification in CNC programming or machining from a recognized institution is highly desirable. • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
