• Setup, Operate, maintain, and manage CNC Milling machines and/or lathes

Required Qualifications
• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or Tool and Die Making.
• Relevant technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
Experience
• Typically 5–8 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, including advanced Mill-Turn operations.
• Proven experience setting up and operating FANUC-controlled CNC machines with multi-axis capabilities, preferably up to 7 axes.
• Experience in precision component manufacturing and machining process optimization.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of FANUC CNC controls and machine operation.
• Expertise in CNC Mill-Turn setup and operation.
• Knowledge of multi-axis machining, including tool offsets, work coordinates, and axis synchronization.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Proficiency with vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, work-holding systems, and machining parameters.
• Troubleshooting skills for CNC machine alarms and machining defects.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and program editing.
