Job description

Post-handover relationship lead. Snagging, furnishing, tenancy and the small lifestyle requests that keep JRE clients calling us first. • Own the post-sale phase: handover, snagging, furnishing partners, tenancy • Single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio • Work closely with the advisory desk so concierge gracefully hands back into resale • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus frequent on-site at client residences Hospitality or private-client services background. Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, comfortable coordinating trades and vendors. Real-estate experience is welcome but not required.
