Civil / Structural Engineer – Project Manager

• Lead and manage all phases of civil/structural engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. • Oversee the design, analysis, and review of structural systems, ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements. • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines, to achieve project objectives. • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met. • Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and verifying that work meets design specifications. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and addressing concerns proactively. • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans and implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery. Urgently hiring Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 3-5 years in project management. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex building or infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to international projects is a plus.
