Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead and manage all project phases from planning through completion. Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee project execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, and resource utilization. Manage subcontractors and coordinate contract execution. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Prepare and present project progress reports and cost updates. Review and manage variation orders, change requests, and project risks. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve project issues. Oversee project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and final project completion. Build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives. If you are ready to grow, we are ready to meet you Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 10 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office. PMP certification is an advantage. CCP and/or PSP certifications are considered a plus. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills. . Proven experience managing high-end finishing works for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
