HIRING: CIVIL ENGINEER – SHARJAH, UAE Ajwaa Building Contracting is looking for a qualified and experienced Indian Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. Requirements: • Indian nationality. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • 8–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah. • Valid Sharjah Municipality approval – First Category (Category 1). • Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, Sharjah Municipality requirements, and local authority procedures. • Proven experience in managing residential and commercial building projects. • Ability to supervise site activities, subcontractors, and construction teams. • Good knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works. • Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. • Experience in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and material submittals. • Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project planning tools. • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
