Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in structural and foundation works . The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, reviewing designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision • Supervise all foundation and structural works including excavation, footing, raft, pile, and RCC works • Ensure site activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements • Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule 2. Design Review & Approvals • Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals • Coordinate with consultants for design clarifications and approvals • Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and standards (UAE) 3. Quality Control • Conduct inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and finishing works • Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ITPs • Identify and rectify non-conformances 4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues • Ensure smooth workflow between all disciplines 5. Planning & Reporting • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports • Track material usage, manpower allocation, and site productivity • Report progress and issues to the Project Manager 6. HSE Compliance • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site • Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • 4–6 years of experience in construction site execution (UAE preferred) • Strong experience in structural & foundation works • Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority approvals Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural systems • Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and BOQ • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word) • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Mandatory Requirements • Valid UAE Driving License (Must) • Experience working on construction sites • Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi or across UAE project sites Preferred • Experience in high-rise / infrastructure / data center projects • Familiarity with authority approvals (ADM, DM, etc.) • Immediate joiners preferred
