Civil Site Engineer

Supervise daily site activities, including civil, structural, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing works. · Interpret and implement approved construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications. · Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, consultants, and main contractors. · Monitor manpower productivity, material consumption, work progress, and project schedules. · Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities. · Prepare and follow up on Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Inspection Requests (IRs), and other quality documentation. · Identify non-conforming works and coordinate corrective actions and NCR closures. · Verify quantities, assist with BOQs and variations, and support project cost control. · Ensure materials are approved and installed in accordance with project specifications. · Enforce site safety procedures and coordinate with the HSE team. · Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and report delays or technical issues to management. · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; attestation as required. · Strong knowledge of building construction, structural works, and finishing activities. · Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. · Understanding of BOQs, quantity verification, material submittals, method statements, and inspection procedures. · Familiarity with dubai Municipality requirements and consultant/main contractor procedures is an advantage. · Site supervision and technical problem-solving. · Planning, coordination, and time management. · Quality control and construction documentation. · Manpower management and productivity monitoring. · Clear communication and reporting.
