About the Role Are you a dedicated Civil Engineer ready to make a meaningful impact on Kuwait's infrastructure development We're looking for a talented and innovative Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to design, plan, and execute civil engineering projects that shape our built environment. If you're passionate about solving complex engineering challenges, committed to excellence, and eager to grow your career in a supportive and inclusive workplace, we'd love to hear from you! * Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including structural analysis, feasibility studies, and technical specifications * Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to evaluate project conditions and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait * Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using CAD software and other industry\-standard tools * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery * Analyze project data and conduct engineering calculations to support design decisions and optimize project outcomes * Supervise construction activities and monitor quality assurance to ensure all work meets relevant industry standards and specifications * Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our engineering solutions * Identify and resolve engineering challenges through creative problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to maintain transparency and foster collaborative relationships What do we need from you We are seeking talented Civil Engineers who possess: \*\*Required Qualifications:\*\* * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail * Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and embrace diversity and inclusion * Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management * Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable in Kuwait * Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently \*\*Preferred Qualifications:\*\* * Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent certification * 10\+ years of professional experience in civil engineering or related field * Experience with structural analysis and design software * Project management experience or certification * Knowledge of sustainable and innovative engineering practices * Experience in site supervision and construction inspection * Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and advance your career path * Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects in the Middle East region What's in it for you?
