Construction Assurance Lead - Civil Engineering

• Provide independent construction through handover oversight to protect SF interests during execution. • Represents the SF manager on site and within EPCC execution, ensuring safety, quality, readiness to ensure EPCC single point delivery responsibility. • Monitor EPCC construction progress and quality • Identify execution risks, sequencing issues, and bottlenecks • Track punch lists, system completion, and handover readiness • Provide early warning on construction-driven schedule or cost risk • Review construction methods, temporary works, and interfaces • Support commissioning readiness and turnover logic • Handover assets to client to obtain well connection certificates. • Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering • 15+ years of oil & gas construction experience • Strong background in onshore facilities execution phases and transitions • Experience with QA/QC systems and punch management • Confident proactive engagement in the field - able to interpret situations and problems not just relying on reports. • Confident proactive engagement in the field able to interpret situations and problems not just relying on reports. • Kuwait based / Transferable visa
