Civil Engineer

Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution of civil and fit-out projects. Coordinate directly with relevant authorities for permits, approvals, inspections, and project-related requirements. Prepare and follow up on authority submissions and ensure timely approvals. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues. Maintain project documentation, site reports, and progress records. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project requirements. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer. Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) licence. Strong hands-on experience in fit-out projects and site execution. Proven direct involvement in authority approvals and coordination with relevant authorities. Good knowledge of UAE construction regulations, approval procedures, and technical documentation. Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills. Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. Candidates with strong site execution experience and direct authority approval exposure will be prioritised.
