Civil Engineer

A2Y Construction & Electromechanical is looking for 2 qualified and experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in the UAE. We are seeking dedicated, hardworking, and technically skilled professionals who can independently manage site operations, supervise construction activities, and handle civil engineering responsibilities from start to completion. Job Title: Civil Engineer Number of Vacancies: 2 Positions • Manage and supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications and requirements. • Independently handle site operations, workforce coordination, and day-to-day site requirements. • Monitor and maintain construction site works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. • Prepare, read, interpret, and understand AutoCAD drawings and construction plans. • Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material requirements, and project estimates. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. • Ensure all civil works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. • Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues independently. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. • Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and other site resources.
