Civil Draughtsman – High-Rise Building Construction

Job Description DSCA Building & Contracting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have proven experience preparing technical drawings for high-rise residential and commercial building projects. Key Responsibilities · Prepare accurate civil and structural shop drawings in accordance with approved designs and project specifications. · Develop and update detailed construction drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. · Coordinate with the Technical Manager, site engineers, and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies. · Review architectural and structural drawings to identify potential technical conflicts. · Ensure drawings comply with relevant construction standards and project requirements. · Maintain proper documentation and revision control of all technical drawings. · Support the technical department in preparing drawings for consultant and authority approvals. · Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline. · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction projects; 4+ years preferred. · Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. · Experience with Revit or BIM software is an advantage. · Excellent understanding of civil and structural drawings, construction details, and building specifications. · Previous UAE building construction experience is preferred. · Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. · Immediate joiners are preferred. Important: Experience in high-rise building construction is mandatory. Candidates with experience exclusively in infrastructure projects will not be considered.
