Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed construction drawings based on engineer/design requirements. Develop shop drawings for concrete, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls and other civil works. Prepare reinforcement drawings and bar bending details as instructed by the structural engineer. Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements and approved changes. Review drawings and ensure they are prepared according to approved design, specifications and project requirements. Coordinate civil drawings with architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines to avoid clashes. Incorporate engineer/client comments and revisions into drawings and maintain proper revision records. Prepare drawings for submission and approval by consultants and relevant project authorities. Ensure drawings follow project CAD standards, drawing numbering, layers, scales and title-block requirements. Take measurements and information from site teams and update drawings accordingly. Assist engineers in preparing quantity take-offs, schedules and material details from drawings. Maintain an organised drawing register and document-control system, including superseded and approved drawings.
